Private classes can also be arranged around your schedule and can be purchased as a single session or a group of 4 private lessons.
As a pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist I can help moms with recovery after birth and restore core and hip strength. This individual instruction will help to build a stronger posture and address common postpartum dysfunctions such as stress or urge incontinence, SI joint pain, diastasis recti and pelvic girdle pain.
